Patricia is a native Washingtonian. She worked as a mortgage lender for 18 years and became a licensed Realtor®in Maryland, D.C., Virginia and Delaware for 18 years.  Patricia has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers in complicated transactions.  She specialized working with new and existing home buyers and veterans. Patricia believes strongly in representing her clients to achieve the smoothest purchase and or listing transaction possible. She relocated to the Florida area in 2022.  Patricia is eager to apply her real estate experience, professionalism and knowledge of the Florida housing market to new clients.
